Clean thoroughly to remove dust, salts, loose particles, grease and oil. Ensure the substrate is clean, dry and structurally sound.
Stir Protecto thoroughly until a uniform consistency is achieved before application.
Apply directly onto properly prepared RCC, plastered masonry, or metal roofs — 2 uniform coats by brush, roller or airless spray, first coat dried 24 hours before the second.
Apply over a fully cured waterproofing system to protect it from UV, heat and weathering — 2 uniform coats, first coat dried 12 hours before the second.
Allow the coating to cure fully into a tough, heat-reflective, UV-resistant protective barrier.

Applied Protecto as a top coat over our waterproofed terrace. The room below noticeably stays cooler in summer now.
