Diluted 1:2 — Primer Coat: Penetrates deep into capillaries and micropores, sealing the substrate from within.
Diluted 1:1 — Waterproofing Coat: Forms a seamless, flexible waterproofing membrane over roofs and general surfaces.
Undiluted — Membrane Coats: Builds a thick, fibre-reinforced elastomeric membrane for basements and water tanks under high pressure.
Clean thoroughly to remove dust, salts, loose particles, grease and oil. Ensure the substrate is clean, dry and structurally sound.
Stir Brown Coat LM thoroughly until a uniform consistency is achieved before application.
Apply the first coat diluted with water in a 1:2 ratio for deep substrate penetration and strong adhesion. Dry for 2 hours.
For roofs & general surfaces, apply the second coat diluted 1:1 to form a seamless, flexible waterproofing membrane.
For high-pressure areas, apply 2 undiluted coats with 24-hour drying between coats to build a thick, fibre-reinforced membrane.
After full curing, apply Protecto (Protective Coating) as the final UV-resistant top coat for long-lasting protection.

Used the diluted version as a primer on our basement wall, then two undiluted coats. Very versatile — one product, two jobs.
