Clean thoroughly to remove dust, salts, loose particles, grease and oil. Ensure the substrate is clean, dry and structurally sound.
Stir Rubber Shield thoroughly until a uniform consistency is achieved before application.
Highly porous or absorbent surfaces, including old concrete, should be primed with a self-primer prepared by diluting Brown Coat LM.
Repair cracks/joints with a suitable filler. After the Brown Coat LM primer fully dries, apply the first coat of Rubber Shield by brush or roller.
Allow a minimum 24-hour curing interval before applying the second coat to form a continuous, seamless membrane.
After full curing, apply Protecto (Protective Coating) as the final UV-resistant top coat for long-lasting protection.

Coated our metal shed roof with Rubber Shield. No leaks through two monsoons and the flexibility claim really holds up.
